Bus axle bolts missing...2447 viewsThe Iveco School Bus broke the last two (of originally ten!) axle bolts as it pulled out of the Korhogo gas station. Eight replacements were located within the hour, and we were off again.
Somehow, six of the original bolts worked themselves out and littered the highways of Ivory Coast over the previous months. If we had taken the poorer road to Ferké we might have been stranded a long way from finding replacement bolts...
